1Seperate egg whites and egg yolks and set aside the yolks. Combine the egg whites and the Gunpowder and mix well. Pour the seasoned egg whites onto a hot grill or non stick frying pan and cook for about a minute. Position the yolks on top of the egg whites and add a tablespoon of water to the pan then cover. Turn the heat down and cook to your liking. Toast the bread and serve.
