1Line your dehydrator tray with a silicone mat, preferably one that has a small lip to prevent liquid from spilling. Carefully pour the sauce over the silicone mat, make sure it is thin i.e. just enough to cover most of the mat. Turn your dehydrator on to 60-63 degrees Celsius and dry for approximately 4 hours (PLEASE READ NOTES) Oce dry you should be able to pull the sauce off the mat similar to a fruit roll up. Place the Tabasco pieces into a spice grinder or pestle & mortar and grind. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry spot.
WARNING: This is pretty potent during the drying process! Make sure you are drying in a VERY WELL VENTILATED AREA and you may consider using a mask while you are in close proximity of the sauce while it is drying.
