Infused Alcohol

Impress your family, friends and guests with your very own designer alcohol

1-2 tsp Fruit Powder of your choice

1 cup Clear Spirits (Vodka, Gin, Bacardi etc)


1Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of fruit powder per 1 cup of alcohol into a glass jar or bottle with a tight fitting lid. Place the lid on and give it a good shake to combine the powder and alcohol.

2Place your jar of alcohol in a cool, dry and dark spot for one week. Give it a "hurry up and infuse" shake each day. Don't worry if you forget, we have successfully made infused alcohol having forgot to shake it at all.

3Once the week is up, strain the alcohol through a piece of cheesecloth. I usually us 'poor mans cheesecloth' (a piece of clean Chux cloth) Pour the strained alcohol into a clean bottle and store until ready to drink.

Mix your infused alcohol with soda or tonic water, lemonade or squash.
Add it to your favourite cocktail recipe or make your own recipe!
